myEVLA Carshare is a new all-electric carshare program serving Los Angeles, designed to provide a green and convenient transportation solution for LA, with a focus on serving South Los Angeles. The program offers affordable, on-demand access to electric vehicles—empowering residents to get where they need to go without the cost or hassle of owning a car.

Run your errands, get to appointments, visit family and much more in a SGV Carshare electric vehicle.

How it Works

Accessing SGV Carshare is easy! Just follow these 5 steps:

  1. Join: Create an account through our app and upload photos of your driver’s license. It may take a few days to process your membership. (Android / iOS)
  2. Reserve: Reserve a vehicle in advance using the app or website.
  3. Pick Up: At your reserved time, simply use the app to unlock the vehicle.
  4. Drive: Anywhere in the region
  5. Charge: The home station at Vermont St. is always free for myEVLA members. Otherwise, charging is the responsibility of the member.
  6. Drop: Return the car to the station where you began your journey. End your trip with the app.
